Why does this sound different from the one in the Velvet Underground CD box set?

The one on the box set is from before John Cale left the band. It wasn't released till years later. THEN the band did a live version version that was released on a double LP after the VU broke up. The first official release of this song was on Lou Reed's first solo album.

So that makes three versions that i know of.
