What do the foot pedals do? I wasn't paying attention when my teacher told me in class -3- lol

left is for less volume, right is for sustaining - means you push the pedal and press a key, that key will hold on until you release the pedal.
and there are 2 kinds of middle pedal. one is a absolute damper type pedal, the other is for just holding one single note, a bit difficult to explain
