@MrPriceTag78 Maybe i could help ... =) just try getting the right-hand strumming tecnique down " ON TIME " 1 & 2 & 3 & 4... then try hitting the 3rd fret on the E string on the 1 beat with your thumb . Then when you have that down try throwing in the hammer-ons on the D string...  The main trick is to only strum the D & G string ... just keep practicing .. hope that helps

@CatFro4 ALSO !!! another EXTREMELY important part is the strumming starts on the up-stroke when you hit the low G ... i see people start on the down-stroke and it totally throws the groove off ..

alrite man great playing, is that a custom bass? cant recognise it. if it is cud u let me know what ur controls are doing and which pickups ur useing, i would like to do somthing similar sounds sick man

@MrsBucket1234 tanks !! The bass is a Schecter Stiletto custom 4 ... The 2 bottom pickups are EMG 35DCs and the neck pickup is a 35CS .. The controls are a push/pull on/off volume pot for each pickup , along with a stacked bass/treble pot for each pickup and 1 kill switch ... all running on 3 x 9volt batteries ... hope that helps =)

@Girostix Most of 'Hennepin Crawler' is just E (7th fret of A string), then C (8th fret of E string.) Then ring the harmonics on the 5th fret of the D and G strings. Rinse and repeat. Sure, there's some extra licks Les throws in there, but that's the main riff.

But this is just the middle pickup with a little of the bridge blended in , it makes for a great Claypool tone .
