If you haven't got your own Bible, buy one. Peter's so-called confession came from the Father, and Jesus was talking to ALL of the disciples. The Catholic view of it is that Adam and Eve are a symbolic story and that just because Evolution is the way it went down doesn't mean that it all didn't start with God. This is completely wrong. First of all, it doesn't take Confessions wipes away every sin, including mortal sins. If you die right after confessing a mortal sin, you will go straight to heaven. @TheAcole88 Heretics, thats what early Cristians were called:HERETICS! and then they catch them and burned them alive,torture them killed them. If you could catch me I'm sure you would kill me! You would OK homosexuality,Pedofilie,but ,a true Christian you would kill, but still I tell you I Love you.most of all Jesus Loves You. Don't believe about the killing? This is completely wrong. First of all, it doesn't take Confessions wipes away every sin, including mortal sins. If you die right after confessing a mortal sin, you will go straight to heaven. Jesus knew what he was doing when he established the RCC. HE established it. To say that the Church Jesus Christ established is wrong is to say that Jesus did not know what he was doing. You think you know better than Jesus? God bless you!

The RCC was founded in 325 AD by Constantine.

@freedreamer5500 Nosense! RCC was established by Constantine & the bishops of Rome, who declared everyone christian whether they believed or not! It was not established by Jesus as romanists want us to believe by taking advantage of ignorance of history! If there is any truth that a church is an institution we see today & not an spiritual organism, then the institution of Orthodox Church will be nearer to Jesus' Peter authority lie than the Roman Church! They were the Church in the East!

@freedreamer5500 Not wrong at all. Would you confess your sin to a man who is worst than us? would you tell him to save you? If you do ,than Jesus died in vane,but if you confess your sins to Jesus and stay away from sin,you become a saint.Means free from sin,if you were to die suddenly,there is a place for you in heaven with Christ our Lord,He is the way,the only way.
