Not only wild monkeys, but wild boars, dogs, horses, capybaras at zoo.

Cats only can escape from Japanese spaism because they use sharp claws.

  • KARL PILKINGTON BROUGHT ME HERE

  • @LouisTyrer18 OOO MONKEY NEWS

  • After watching this video I don't see how anyone who rejects evolution could not be at least a little suspicious that humans and monkeys share a common ancestor.

  • instead of treating them like pest, which i mean chase them or kill them, the japanese built a hot spring away from town just for those monkeys to enjoy. Monkey love it, the local free from pest, the tourist attracted by it. Win win situation

  • @ngso0009

...lets just ignore the whales for the moment then, no tourism in not* killing them.

  • @Harizl i see no whales in the hot spring, just leave the unrelated topic out of this clip

  • Proof of evolution right there look at all the adaptions that make this different from other macaques.

  • whoa!! they just relaxing, and the other one was feeling too relax and gettin sleeeppy

  • they need to get off their butts, get a haircut, and get a job....

  • @RavynStorms unfortunately not, otherwise pools wouldn't have that typical "pool smell"^^ (coz chloride actually doesn't smell) I blame the little kids :D

  • 0:58, Cool "hairstyle"?

  • I love these animals theyre so human! i just read an amazing article about them on environmentalgraffiti . com they season their food with salt and play with snowballs!!! Article also had some stunning photographs now that ive seen them I just have to go see them myself!

  • Can humans go to those springs. Can someone tell me how to get there I don't mind the monkeys lol.

  • @hermesake Hot springs are all over Japan, They call it Onsen. For japanese ,domestic travels equal onsen travels.

  • Its so funny to watch them groom each other.

  • somemonkeys are.

  • if they learnt from humans, probably not!

  • @janekbaranek ....ooooo you cheeky monkey!!!!

  • this is sooo cute

  • @ alexanderheritage

yes but think about all the other species humans kill

  • Likiewise @youniverse9:

Gorillas, chimps etc REGULARLY raid other groups of the same or different ape species to kill and eat them or carry off their females. Humans can at least codify laws - even laws of war - and we are unqestionably more intelligent than our chimpy uncles. Head for head gorillas kill more gorillas than humans kill humans, there are just more humans than there are gorillas in the world and we have mechanized our killing. Where do these facts leave your bullshit assertion?

  • "Head for head gorillas kill more gorillas than humans kill humans"

Wow. Interesting. I never would have thought. Thanks for sharing that. Shame you felt the need to swear at me at the end though.

  • lol! you're getting all annoyed about monkeys

  • too bad that we've codified laws. Now we're going to overpopulate the fucking planet because we're too chicken shit to kill each other.

  • No, the population will stop increasing, just ask Hans Rosling. Get your facts straight.

  • 2:43

    LOL

  • the water is above an area of volcanic activity making it like boiling water in a saucepan

  • According to the latest BBC documentary 'Life' which features the same location, what happened is that there is a social order between monkeys that are allowe to joing the spa and monkeys that are not. There is about 60 degrees Cent beween in and out. Nothing changes. The same situation as in your local golf club. This documentary mentiones only the good side.

  • When I look at monkeys, esp these guys - I just DO NOT see animals. Not like when you see a cat/dog/bird/lizard whatever - you know it's an animal. But to me, these are just humans who are wiser than us because they don't need to communicate with eachother by making noise and can get along peacefully.

  • @youniverse9 Peacefully? hell to the no, go onto BBC iPlayer and watch the primates episode of "Life"... these guys arn't peaceful, as beautiful as they are, only a select bloodline are allowed to be in the springs. the others a punished severely if they try to get in the spring.

  • Select bloodline, eh? Deep. I'll check it out :)

  • Monkeys with snowballs ^^

    This made my day :)

  • ummm how lol? in a good way or bad way?

  • lmao i see what you mean XD

  • This is sooo adorable. Especially the young monkeys making snowballs, and 3.43 :)

  • i like this

  • Somewhere, there's a monkey documentary TV crew doing a piece about how they have to share their baths with humans.

  • 3:54 looks like shes one of them lol

  • loveee it,,,,,wow,,,,niceeee sooo cute,,,,

  • Wait, so how is the pool heated?

  • @PCgame4life

    Natural hot springs

  • @PCgame4life

    Volcanic rock ?

Gas rising from beneath the pool therefor heating it?

That's only two ideas i have but i could be wrong

  • I watched these on LIFE the other day, and it's sad that some of the monkeys aren't allowed into the pool. They're kicked out by the monkeys with higher respect in the groups.

  • 0:28 ... she would get it

  • hell yeah

  • Thats a lovely place for the monkeys!!!!!!!! Its Nagano isn't it? They are endangered too, aren't they? Thanks for sharing this!

  • karl pilkington was right!

  • In evolutionary terms they are.

  • all life on earth is related to us, monkeys are sooooo close.

  • bullshit

  • The response you just deleted:

"what i'm saying is a scientific fact and if it is bullshit then it is no different from your theory since it is scientific also.

    you said it"

I'm afraid you are categorically wrong. There is no 'opinion' or 'subjectivity' involved. Human evolution is established in fact by several independent, corroborating, means of evidence.

Could you expand upon your claim 'we don't know what/who we are'? I'm an anthropology student btw.

  • @ssgjsg

I just can't fathom somebody who can watch this and not see the blatant behavioral similarities with humans.

Its hilarious what religion can do to peoples' minds. (I know you have a religious agenda from your 'favorites' and comments on design and creation argument videos.) ;)

  • Evolution is as concrete scientifically as gravity.

    It's logic is inevitable.

The Data and proof is undeniable.

To believe otherwise is blatant ignorance.

  • Monkays are cute. <3 tehhehee

  • i wish i was one of those monkeys. all you do is get food, mate, and sit in a hot spring

  • I wouldn't want to share my pool with monkeys either, they don't get out to pee...XD

  • and how is that any different from most humans?

  • @leonardomoses haha, so true...did you know that the "typical" pool smell isn't actually just chlorine, but chlorine mixed with urine? XD

  • @flashpeter91 Oh because humans do? lol

  • @flashpeter91 and where did they learn that from? ...

  • @flashpeter91 neither do humans.

  • @flashpeter91 are you getting out to pee ????

  • @flashpeter91 would you go out to pee in such an relaxing spa ???

  • @flashpeter91 neither do i

  • @flashpeter91 neither does human.

  • From what serious was this taken?
