Hey man if you wanna get better at fast rolls, try practicing by playing on your thighs, off the kit, or on a pillow. I like to practice blast beats back and forth between my hands. It really helps tighten up those rolls and builds a TON of endurance.
lol nice i think I've watched this show like once or twice but i don't have much nostalgia for it. i really like the cover the toms sound very nice too. in my opinion (i like really low pitched toms) i would replace the floor tom you have (16" if im correct) with the larger one that you took off (and if im not mistaken is 18") but you can have it any way you like it :D
@eagle555557 I watched it a lot and still do sometimes :3 Much obliged for the kind words, I honestly didn't have a clue what to do before the chorus at first, but I think the tom rhythms turned out decent. I prefer to have medium or high pitched toms but when I picked this set up I was happy with how the original owner had tuned them. I kind of prefer the somewhat lighter thud the 16" floor tom makes, but to each his own. You are correct on the tom sizes, they are 16" and 18" floor toms.
