What about battery life? I read many reviewers commenting on its poor battery life due to the overheat of its CPU while running tasks.

Yes, battery life is kinda weak based on netbook standard, fyi..laptop is hot on the bottom only...palm rest area is still cool enough...

Thanks for the review. I had read somewhere that the touchpad couldn't be disabled separately from the trackpoint, so it's good to see visual proof in your video that it can in fact be done.
