Heavy weights, very quick explosive movents. jumping squats @ 250 LB (in a squat rack, not as crazy as Yang). etc. going on 3rd work out. haven't had a chance to test vert. yet.  I think that it is working. standing vert has definetely increased.

You'll gain 5 - 10 pounds of muscle in a year and add at least 100 pounds on your squat. What I'm trying to do is to increase relative strength which is squat to body weight ratio. That way you can increase the torque of your jump while increasing your mass since bigger muscles just produce more force thus increased vert just like a person who squats 3x would jump higher than a person with 1.5 x own weight squat!
