I'm going to this hotel in september. I've been to Cancun before and the hotel entertainment staff sold all inclusive wrist bands and took us to different clubs every night. Does this hotel have this?
Also, the last hotel we went to we were given towel cards for pool and beach towels so we didn't need to take towels with us. saves a lot of suitcase space!
does this hotel have unlimited cocktails by the pool? hotel looks awsome! is the water park slides and flumes just for children? hope not!
GREAT Resort! Just came back and miss it already!! Carlos is a great Help at Guest relations desk. Loved it so much-re-booked to go in the winter! So many things one can't do in only 1 week there. Trip to Chitzen-Itza is nice to see-but know that bus trip took 3 hours to go and 3 to come back-lunch is included-ask about trip at hotel-they took care of everything for us! They even exchange money at front desk-so no need at airport. Loved the pools and the MC for entertainment and pool area. GREAT
The best hotel in the world I rate this place higher than even hawaii

Go in the lobby and ask for JOSE it's a guy who work in the restaurant area he do the club night with us... a verry nice guy!
