Just to clarify, many of the implements of physical abuse do not happen much anymore. It has turned from a religious-focus to a business-focus. There are still abuses occurring (some different, some not) such as a similarity to slave labor in the businesses, as well as mostly emotional manipulation. If a person leaves, they are still acceptable as long as they retain some level of loyalty (especially financial loyalty). It's changed a bit from what is described in the videos. But still bad
