Looking at it, the switching can be almost fully seen. But I might be referring to something you didn't mean. What is the timing of the thing you find hard to see? (or is it the movie quality that is problematic?)

switching holding from (my hand) "wrapping above" (her hand) to (my hand) "flat below" (her hand). Takes a trio to do it with the technique you see in the clip (lower half of a circle with the hand, than "cutting" the circle to half).
