the problem with electivire is that it has high attack and slightly lower sp. attack, meaning it doesnt make full use of thunderbolt and discharge, only thunderpunch.

thats why magmortar, which i use, is AWESOME because flamethrower and lavaplume are better cuz of its higher sp. attack. come to think of it, is there any good electric type with high sp. attack, instead of attack?
