The dog is chilling and walking along, if it hated the costume it would flip out and bolt, any pet owner can tell you that if a pet hates something it'll let you know and fast. The dog is not in any physical or emotional distress, and the weight of the tank is not supported by the dog, he just powers it.

Honestly I don't have a dog but my boyfriend of 3 years does and I love her...so I can tell when she is happy or upset.
