@rpeek okay that makes sense, i didnt know that a 5string nech was longer. honestly i am not even a banjo player, just always wanted to play the banjo and decided i would do a little searching around and see what i came up with. very cool video and the end result looked like a ton of fun especially when you guys were playing together at the end
Nothin's made like that anymore. Bout can't find anything that won't break on ya the first time you use it! (and another kind of 5th string nut you can use is a little brass screw)

@dustinwilliamson I used a tenor neck and converted it on this one, but I've used standard, tenor, plectrum, and short scale necks on 'em..
