  • My main problem is that I get too nervous and my heart rate goes up. Is true that going on court with a "I dont give a crap" attitude help.

  • @crocr heart rate is directly attached to your breathing, so take 8 deep breaths, it'll slow down your heart rate which will calm you down

  • @crocr oh homes also you have to be UP...so if you're flat, focus on your breathing--quick short breaths and you'll bring your heart rate up
