DOW 2 is way better when compared with the origional. The game play graphics are crazy, and the new marines are awesome! If you would like it for free of charge, you can certainly download the whole game over at DOW2DownloadXcom (replace X with . ). When my friends and I did, and it worked fantastically!

Dark Eldars is great thing...for heavy bolter Space Marines are Chaos...bolters are destroy the army Eldars and Dark Eldars, too weak units.

i play with d.eldar models irl - and it's a piace of cake in DoW for me!

basicly, make vechials, load them up with units and strike befor the enamy has defences or any big guns out (i.e dednoughts for the marines)

Yeah,I do the same tactic with the Tau. But I prefer to first charge with six units of gun drones to clean up for the main army. They're really good.

Just to add another comment I barely get defeated with my space marines in the table top and DoW . I build up a pace asap for the marines its vital to be able to launch orbital strikes i dont like taking out my enemy 2 soon its not really a challenge i love delivering hammerblows when his full army is up cause its just fun seeing army's of like 200 uints crumble before the lightning strikes of my Ultra marines.

IG suck mate. arm your men with flamers and basically you can kisss buh bye to your firepower and we can say buh bye. Take out the tanks with some dreads of defilers and again buh bye. Dark eldar really only have the one strategic ability over any other race. The ability to construct building simaltaneuosly with one builder. all they need do is start contruction and you can walk off and do other things. Their god unit is fairly weak, but ill admit has some decent firepower. WB

Dark Elds units are litte cheaper and little more effective but still Eldars have the most powerfull spells. Big costs and weaknesses of some Eldars units just killed fun, imho Eldars are uderpovered. Big costs, realeasing spells is sometimes tricky, the build up phase can be painfull,it just kills the joy of killing (but i still like them)

Dark Eldars weaker than Eldars? Bullshit! Dark Elds "peon" (so called "slave") can build just like Protoss Probe from starcraft: just place the building and it will build up itself. You can collect enemy's souls, after battle or "produce" those to launch a direct spells/effects straight from your menu bar without using a sorcerer or so. Releasing Dark Eldars "Wunderwaffe" (Soulstorm spell) is easy as hell.

lol or not. Orks are just as easy to use as say the space marines or chaos. It's just different strategies. all players can focus on different ways to win - for example; I've played against a chaos guy, who got defilers within 3 mins, and then I've played against another chaos guy, who focused on his marines. It's just a matter of how you play, it doesn't make you more noob to choose one race over another, it's a matter of tactics and taste.

Yeah if you think the necron are overpowered vs the eldar you've either been fighting terrible eldar players or the CPU, in either case you don't know what you're talking about.

the most annoying thing about the necrons is that they dont bleed.. when i want to see my men drown in blood, i fight against the imperial guard with the orks.. it's amazingly funny to see your one hundred orks with flame throwers charge forward and crush all the humans in flames and battleshouts :D

and if you are playing as Eldar, the avatar makes the guardsmen fly miles away when he makes the explosion around him xD

I haven't played the table warhammer 40k, but I at least expected something more than a normal vehicle with more life and custom weapons. The only thing that makes the Dias an epic unit, is it's dark scytche and extra life. other than that, it looks just like a ravager with upgraded weapons >_>
