i know how u did that when u press enter to go into the car u gave the cheat - bangbangbang. the car got burst and u get into it. It is easy u can do it same in GTA vice city. NICE TRICK

hokay....my theory for you Wruppo

(1) that car isnt burnt out its heavily damaged ,if it was an exploded/burnt out car then it would be missing a wheel as all gta 3 blown up cars have that feature

(2) its not a vagrant but a carjacker ,easily identifiable by the fact he looks like a purple nine but the purple jacket he wears is a darker of purple

(3) the above statements are true for all versions of gta unless mods are accountable
