Very good cakes once again, clean and professional. Is that a fondant cover or BC cover? Was it easy airbrushing it, if it was fondant?

Haha! Believe it or not, I NEVER have enough time to dedicate to my cakes. Being a teacher takes everything I've got. I love my students so much, and if it wasn't for my passion for teaching, I'd quit and dedicate myself full time to cake decorating. I wonder what my cakes would look like if that's ALL I did. LOL! I never charge the same for my cakes. It really all depends on the intricacy of the desing. The more complicated, the more expensive. This was a fairly easy design though. :0)

Laura, did you work for Pixar Studios? Seriously. This is striking! I know I've said this many times but I love this cake! Even if the toys were not there, it still speaks Buzz Lightyear! You totally have the talent to capture a specific theme and create jaw dropping cakes.

I love the design on the bottom tier, very creative and you also did a great job on achieving the actual colors. I also love what you did on the top tier. I've tried doing that a couple of times and both times

no, the evil guys name is not dinosaur lol. there is a toy dinosaur but he is on woodys side lol. the dinosaur would not have fit in because it is not a toy story cake, but a buzz lightyear cake =]

Haha! I'll tell you what though, I'm gonna pass out pretty soon and recoop! (And of course dream about cakes! LOL!) I loved the colors too! So vibrant! I use the KopyKake brand of airbrush colors. I bought the set of 12 and ordered them online. :)
