  • need some work on the muzzle flashes... goi fire some real guns and look at the muzzle flash... its almost non existant. also its directional and mostly smoke

  • I know what a real gun is like, I own 5. However at the time these were the only muzzle flashes I had. Check out my other vids to see the updated stuff.

  • Amazing effort! Could use some work on the explosions but overall a great job.

  • narley dude i wish i could of helped make that video

  • just brilliant!!!

  • the quality isn't that great but the story line is amazing. where did u get the MG42?

  • Wooow!!! This movie was very awesome!!! Very, very great job!!! How did you the airplanes?

  • How did you show the ground kicking up from the planes gunfire?

  • overlays from video copilot's action studio.

  • is their anyway i can make a stuka do some strafing without using any top notch programs like you have?

  • No, sadly.

  • at 1:13 when you had the guy on the ground you should have stuffed a grenade in his shirt

  • the jeep blows my mind..

  • how and why?

  • ???

  • what babout the browning 30cal

  • the same

  • were did you get that bar?

  • we made it from pvc pipe and wood, it was a piece of junk

  • were did you get all that equipment

  • Most of that is vietnam gear, it's pretty easy to get your hands on over ebay.

  • very good

  • hey cool movie everybody watching check out my movie save yourslef the movie on my page

  • Bravo!

  • How did you make the tripod and the folding sights (they move from a down position to up position) for your .30 caliber machine gun? Thanks a lot.

  • The tripod is just pvc pipe, and the sight is just a piece of metal we found that looked cool.

  • best WWII home movie ever you should send this to hollywood and have it made big

  • You have too much time. Really.

  • he is practicing for movie editing you douche bag, he did a great job at it, let me see your damn movies

  • Yeah, i can do that, or, I can give you the finger. Guess what`ll do?

  • wow, lets start a little fight on youtube, now we are cooking with gas, so if he has to much time on his hands, then you obviusly do to, leaving comments, you even took the time to learn how to edit video, wow, looks whos talking now

  • nicely done , I liked it :)

  • rly great movie

  • nice work with the ejecting bullet shells

  • what video editing program do you use

  • For this I used Video Explosion Deluxe, but I now use Adobe Premiere CS3

  • was video explosion deluxe free?

  • no it was like $75, it is really worth it! It's a good program, better than pinnicle and vegas.

  • this is the best video ever

  • Nice uniforms, nice weapons, nice acting, only muzzle flashes could be better.

    Well done!

  • Thanks! That was about a year ago and we have improved a lot since then.

  • where do you gette that willy's jeep?

  • we bought it, then restored it, it added up to about 4000-6000 dollars. But it isn't a ww2 jeep it is a 1947 jeep.

  • wicked with that 30 cal. on it

  • it's fake, PVC and wood lol

  • and those guns are those real?

  • a very select few, we had 1 m1 garand, 1 m1 carbine, 1 m44 mosin nagant, and 2 mausers. All the rest is fake

  • cool, nice costums dude :)

  • no no i obught it and i restroed it and it has coust us 10,000 so fare

  • Your filmteam and my filmteam should cooperate. We love to make warmovies, But we live in Sweeden. I would be glade if you wanted to look at my war movie when it is finshed:)

  • That would be so awsome, however, as you said you live in Sweeden and we live in Utah so it isn't going to work that well, but if you have any tips or need any tips, just email me!

  • how did you do those effects?? with what ?

  • Those are my old cheesy effects, ignore those, the most updated effects are in the cgi incoperation test.

  • you dont even know how much i honor you guys for spending so much time on this. my world war 2 video is a lot worse then this...

  • again another great video

  • filming for Forever Silent has gone really slow, some live in Idaho, we film in utah. One is leaving for his mission, etc. However, we are going to do a motion tracking test W/ p-47's strafing a depot, if it turns out good it will be in the movie.

  • don't worry, I already nailed that loser. I sent him a "kind" message.

  • why use shitty muzzle flashes that just fucked it right up didnt it!

  • dude back off, these kids are still learning and trying to improve. maybe you should do the same rather than leave crap responses that don't help anyone and just make you look stupid.

  • Well color me impressed. The one scene that I actually went back to and watched a couple times was around 2:48. You got me with the music(prolly my favorite piece of LOTR music from my favorite scene) and that camera angles all worked perfectly.

  • For all those who liked this, or even those who didn't. There is a treat for all of you coming. A new move Forever Silent that takes place during operation market garden. Everything is accurate down to the helmet chin straps. We are filming near the end of Augest and the beginning of September. Expect a trailer shortly!

  • My problems are the muzzle flashes and the camera mans shadow.

Hint: Better Unit K free muzzle flashes at Detonation Films!

  • Some of your stuff is good but you need to improve your muzzle flashes.

  • still not many of you know its a 1950s jeep and some of your guys were waering stuff from the vietnam war

still pretty good for a quik movie

im making a vietnam war movie and i might be having a huey helicopter fly out and pic up some of my guys along with a us base im building blank firing weapons and full uniforms for the nva vc and are us guys real explosions and its not going to be played on youtube ill put prevews of it

  • Your right about everything except the jeep is a 1947 cj2 with a cj3 windshield, nice observations.

  • hey where do you get your guns and uniforms

  • I got them from a nearby store.

  • yeah i no its a 47 now the guy that owns it told e ww2 nutcase?

  • I liked it. The jeep was great and an excellent touch. I thought the explosions were fine. They looked alittle cheesy, but served their purpose. I was really impressed by how you were able to have nearly everyone in full uniforms.

    Great JOb!

  • Part 2 was awesome man. Was the main character the guy who went in the stretcher? Also I noticed he was a Liuetenant. Im a Liuetenant myself. A cadet 2nd Liuetenant in my military school to be exact. :)

  • nice job like the willys jeep liked how you used the real guns. but just to let u know that you spelled WILLYS JEEP. wrong it kinda makes you not look very good sorry but it was still good

  • sorry to say this isnt Historical accurate if ur not going for this it is ok but u have guys in Civvs theres a guy in jeans (normal clothes) also at 1:38 there a guy with a AK-47 also at 3:50-58 u can see a guy in normal clothes im not trying to ruin your fun but am just saying you owe it to the guys who fought to be accurate

  • thats not an ak that is a stg44.

  • Pity about the sneakers / civilian shoes

  • yea i know but becids that how was it?

  • awesome 30 cal. did you build it or buy it? Both parts are nice(The explosions freaked me out!)

  • we built it but it is just a stunt gun now becouse i just orterd a resin one to replace it.

  • what did you use to build it? and what program did you use for the airplanes?

  • just wood, pvf pipe, hindge, ply wood

    3ds mx 7

  • Is it 3ds max 7? Because thats what i found. I was wondering if you can help me out with it.
