I find it interesting that you say you want a LOW sensitivity for FPS. I've found that in Unreal Tournament 2004 I like to keep the sensitivity up as high as it will go so I can stick to really fine wrist movements rather than having to make big sweeping adjustments for aim.
Why do you say low sensitivity is better? I'm curious.

I would like to upload quality videos myself but my mic's audio quality sucks balls even after running it through Audacity and I would like a heandset anyways due to my back hurting after recording because of me having to lean forward all the time.

Good mic recommendation. However, it doesn't stop there. For even more quality you can get a higher quality pre-amp with a mic not using USB, along with a compressor/limiter and some EQ as well. The latter you can get away with post-processing but no so much when you're live.

Me and my friend once did let's plays, and the major difference being that he just records loads and uploads it, hell, i stopped and he's still going, he uploads things he recorded weeks ago, I stopped because I could see that my videos were absolutely shit. But I got to something like, 23 videos? over half a year. His videos CAN be good, but the reason he isn't popular is because he just uploads whatever, even if it's bad.
Yes! I completely agree! I hate it when youtubers spam out tons of videos, especially when they are incredibly long. I have unsubscribed from more then a few commentators who have done this and have never gone back.

TobyGames is a great example of awful lazy LP. He puts out 2 or 3 10min. videos a day. These videos have zero editing, so the little time is wasted with boring stuff. Also, the only reason people watch his stuff, is because he does this loud yell whenever hes dying, and the kids find it hilarious.
i would like a thumbstick for movement on my left hand so i can not just have a set movement speed but with a trigger and a few rebindable buttons ect. then a mouse with a few rebindable buttons on the side. I'm not sure if this would work its just an idea

Personally, I just wish there was a "don't notify me of videos of this channel" option in subs. I actually like to keep some subs just for the link, but somtimes I get spammed with so many videos I overlook the one I really wanted to watch.

You can actually spoof the bluetooth adress of the Dualshock 3 controller with a bluetooth stick with high speed transfer rate. I had a good point with my comment before writing it, but it turned out to be the opposite.
I agree with many points on LPing. My favorite LPers are people who love producing that content because they love to play video games and to entertain, they don't really care if bignames notice them or whatever, yeah some are partnered but its not a huge deal for them. I think LPs are at home with horror games and old/obsure/indie games. Horror for those beautiful reactions and the others for exposure or games not everyone can still play.
All of the creatures make enough money to live on. They are buying an office/house to start making even more videos/content/co-op stuff easier. One is even married. They take it as a carrer, so all videos are very high quality considering SSoHPKC has 7,000 + videos. He uploads about 6, 15 min videos. About 2 from each project, plus probably 1 special video per week. He is a prime example of what TB has said he hates that is pulled off perfectly.
lol I find it funny that people hate on such stupid shit. Though there is something to be said about 'not watching' or paying attention to said things, over the internet and letting those fail who'd fail anyway because they keep spamming and making mistakes.

One of the reasons people watch Let's Plays and WTF's is to see the game played, not necessarily for entertainment. This is especially true for older games which no one can find and play any more. Doesn't need to be made into an edited/manufactured "product". Sometimes people just want to check some specific map or part played. Your standards are way too high, people would watch your WTF's no matter if they're funny or not as long as they include your explanations of the game mechanics.
all tb is saying is to put together better quality letsplays and stop spamming videos. we are being flooded by so many letsplays that are just some dude playing random games with a crappy mic saying random stuff...you may as well just post some gameplay of some mods or something lol. because calling it a letsplay is insulting. true letsplays are like the jurassic park lp that TB suggested on one of his old videos. that was a crappy old game but was still one of the best letsplays i had ever seen

toby is very entertaining in the sense that he is very funny even when he's being random. for his other contents like CWF and lazyvlogs, i do think he's not putting too much work in them ...[c]
@TeamRUN707 for example, if you compare toby with wheezy waiter or vlogbrother or eveb shane dawson's vlogs you would see there are least some editing in them.
and even tho he's funny in cwf, i still feel it's not that much of a work to pluck random vids and make random comments.
what i DO enjoy are the gummy bear stuffs, and literal trailers. those take work and effort and i like that in youtubers.

@TeamRUN707 one thing to point out tho. toby has said before in an interview that he started out with the intention of making a living on yt. (thus his advertisement vids e.g. the shaving cream/some breakfast cereal/boots from recycled plastic)
so in those videos i respect him for thinking of ideas to entertain the audience. and it worked. i remember the video contents, not the brand names that he was trying to sell.
Yeah I love watching certain people do lets plays even if they aren't professionally edited it is sometimes nice to see them screw up and see how they handle it and it can be very funny and enjoyable. @XaiiNSTiiNCT Aim assist, auto aim , and "sticky aim" are all essentially the same exact thing no aim assistance should be in any FPS console or PC period.
@bllau I have used a controller without sticky aim and it's just not fun as it is very difficult to use. Also the reason I hate the term auto aim is that too people who do not know what it does it seems as though the game does the aim partially for you by snapping the target

tobygames, is just rage inducing fail after fail of no editing from a blind lets play. But what REALLY annoys me is he now makes HIGHLIGHT VIDEOS with the best of ( or all of ) the lp . meanwhile the tobouscus channel is really well done , why? revenue! he has like 4 partnered channels
The thing with Seamus is that I don't think every single one of his viewers watches every episode of every let's play, the just watch the games they like
I actually love a youtuber and he is Auzziegamer, he puts lots of work into really cool and funny videos for example one evening i watched his whole hitman walkthru and was entertained.
To the second question: While Seamus (SSOHPKC) puts out content rapidly, he's been doing it since 2008 and his viewers are the kind that enjoy his content and upload rate. Maybe it's the fact that watching his let's plays feels like your actually in a room with him. Also who cares if he gets paid for it? The viewers and uploaded are happy, and I think that's what counts.
Well, you can't enjoy CS without decent K/D ratios. First time I played CS was like 11 years ago, and anything below 3:1 is frustrating for me, 5:1 is good. I really can't see how new players could possibly enjoy playing CS while constantly getting killed.
I saw this sort of desperate view whoring on so many channels... Ghostrobo (posted a video of the GTA V trailer when it was released - personally I thought that was absolutely absurd) is one of them... Then there was MahaloVideoGames, which uploaded around 30-40 15-20 minute long videos from all sorts of Let's plays per day (they have in excess of 30,000 videos uploaded), it might have changed now, im not sure. It's pretty ridiculous though. Great video as always TB.

I agree with many points on LPing. My favorite LPers are people who love producing that content because they love to play video games and to entertain, they don't really care if bignames notice them or whatever, yeah some are partnered but its not a huge deal for them. I think LPs are at home with horror games and old/obsure/indie games. Horror for those beautiful reactions and the others for exposure or games not everyone can still play.

All of the creatures make enough money to live on. They are buying an office/house to start making even more videos/content/co-op stuff easier. One is even married. They take it as a carrer, so all videos are very high quality considering SSoHPKC has 7,000 + videos. He uploads about 6, 15 min videos. About 2 from each project, plus probably 1 special video per week. He is a prime example of what TB has said he hates that is pulled off perfectly.

One of the reasons people watch Let's Plays and WTF's is to see the game played, not necessarily for entertainment. This is especially true for older games which no one can find and play any more. Doesn't need to be made into an edited/manufactured "product". Sometimes people just want to check some specific map or part played. Your standards are way too high, people would watch your WTF's no matter if they're funny or not as long as they include your explanations of the game mechanics.

@TeamRUN707 one thing to point out tho. toby has said before in an interview that he started out with the intention of making a living on yt. (thus his advertisement vids e.g. the shaving cream/some breakfast cereal/boots from recycled plastic)
so in those videos i respect him for thinking of ideas to entertain the audience. and it worked. i remember the video contents, not the brand names that he was trying to sell.

Yeah I love watching certain people do lets plays even if they aren't professionally edited it is sometimes nice to see them screw up and see how they handle it and it can be very funny and enjoyable. @bllau I have used a controller without sticky aim and it's just not fun as it is very difficult to use. Also the reason I hate the term auto aim is that too people who do not know what it does it seems as though the game does the aim partially for you by snapping the target

To the second question: While Seamus (SSOHPKC) puts out content rapidly, he's been doing it since 2008 and his viewers are the kind that enjoy his content and upload rate. Maybe it's the fact that watching his let's plays feels like your actually in a room with him. Also who cares if he gets paid for it? The viewers and uploaded are happy, and I think that's what counts.

Well, you can't enjoy CS without decent K/D ratios. First time I played CS was like 11 years ago, and anything below 3:1 is frustrating for me, 5:1 is good. I really can't see how new players could possibly enjoy playing CS while constantly getting killed.

I saw this sort of desperate view whoring on so many channels... Ghostrobo (posted a video of the GTA V trailer when it was released - personally I thought that was absolutely absurd) is one of them... Then there was MahaloVideoGames, which uploaded around 30-40 15-20 minute long videos from all sorts of Let's plays per day (they have in excess of 30,000 videos uploaded), it might have changed now, im not sure. It's pretty ridiculous though. Great video as always TB.
