  • Jesus Christ people, do you really have to turn everything into politics? This is an art. It's a beautiful song and I don't give a damn who wrote it, was an author of the song a Macedonian, Bulgarian, Brazilian, Korean or Marsian. Who cares? The point is a beauty of the song, not a nationality or ethnicity of an author. Just enjoy the song.

  • This is actually Bulgarian song from Macedonia :)

  • @bgdev kako be ovaa moze bg pesna da e??

abe idi u picku materinu i gledaj si azis na planeta painer we pleme bugarsko

  • This is a traditional Bulgarian song. It has nothing to do with Macedonia or its "tradition". For something to become a "tradition" it usually takes time ;)

  • @snupcho its not bulgiarian its macedonian

    and live with it ;)

  • @AwEsOmEZoMbZ Dude don't start this. Yes it's a macedonian song. But where was Macedonia 45 years ago? Have you heard of Tito? San Stefano peace pact? Who created the artificial macedonian language? Have you heard of Roumelia? Read some history man... I know they brainwash you in school but look it up. What's good about the past is that you can't change what happened. You can lie about it, but you can't change the past :)

  • @snupcho dude,im not chainging the history, you greeks are chaiging history in your way

    and that...that is so Sad

    you sink greece

    you SINK!

  • @AwEsOmEZoMbZ Dude I'm from Bulgaria. Ако кажеш - може да си пишем по нашенски :)

  • This song is ont Macedonian, this is Bulgarian song.

  • @bmstudioorg Bulgarian song talking about river Vardar?

It must be a bullshit at least. Everybody knows it is Macedonian song.

  • @loveandjazz Macedonia is old Bulgarian teritory.

  • @bmstudioorg Ha, ha, ha. You are right, and Egypt was Roman empire teritory, so Italy should be there now. It must be nothing than idiot logic.

  • @loveandjazz If you are macedonian, you have to know that Fyrom is only result of the serbian communist propaganda. There is no macedonian nation.

    Be happy.

  • @loveandjazz with the "little" difference that egyptians and italians/romans have absolutely nothing in common culturally and linguistically speaking. therefore, very wrongful analogy there. the right analogy is germany and austria - 2 separate countries but ONE nation (same language - with different dialects, same heroes in history, same mentality, same culture)

  • @loveandjazz and one more thing, why the hell if a bulgarian in macedonia dares to state that we are one and the same nation with you, he gets in such a trouble that he might even end in prison for merely expressing his mind?! why is you alleged "truth" about macedonia so severely protected, even through the means of censoring people with arrests? the real truth has no fear for lies and no need to censor anything!

  • @loveandjazz Your country called Macedonia and the language you speak now, were artificially created 45 years ago, after WW2. Before that Macedonia was simply an area in Bulgaria. This conflict between bulgarians and "macedonians" is also artificial and was created on purpose, to keep the Balkans unstable and to prevent this region from having a strong and pro-russian country like Bulgaria at that time. It's all politricks and you macedonians play well your part. Just like the other Yugo wars.

  • @snupcho My country is Croatia and I'm Croat, but have many Macedonians as friends. And before 1st WW Bulgaria was simply a part of Turkey. :)) Don't try to sell this bullshit. Macedonians decide to have their own country and everybody has to respect it if we are talking about demokracy.

  • @loveandjazz Dude, you're totally out of space. Bulgaria defeated Turkey, with the help of Russia on 3 March 1878, while WW1 began in 1914. You're missing like half a century... Between 1878 and WW1, there are other wars, including Serbo-Bulgarian War, First Balkan War and Second Balkan War.... You are totally misinformed... Read some history man. What's good about the past is that you can't change what happened. You can lie about it, but you can't change the past :)

  • @snupcho I know history, but you missed the point. You always look at past, but past passed, and today is new age with new rules. What do you want to say? That we have to have new wars to change borders again. You are funny, but your thoughts can be dangerous for manny people.

  • @loveandjazz All I want to say is that this song is not "macedonian" in the context of the Republic of Maceonia, just because when this song was created, Macedonia was simply part of Bulgaria which is a 1300 years old country and the difference between bulgarians and macedonians is artificial and created on purpose. This is a bulgarian song and the text has so much meaning in the context of the Turkish slavery that Bulgaria was under ans suffered for almost 5 centuries.

  • @loveandjazz And one more thing: you say forget the past, now it's a different time with new rules. I agree but look: you always try to lie about the past and try to change it. Admit how it WAS and then we can live happily in the present. And btw don't forget that Bulgaria was the first country who recognized the Republic of Macedonia so it's not that we are not tolerant to the new age and the new rules. Just accept THE PAST and don't LIE about it anymore. That's all, it's simple :)

  • @loveandjazz go in the bulgarian macedonian region and find me ONE person who thinks we are not one nation! i bet you won't find. and yet if you yourself express your views about macedonia in bulgaria you for sure won't get censored and arested for that. while in macedonia that's for sure not the case. is it thaaat hard to de-brainwash yourself from the sick communist serbian propaganda? unbelievable...

  • It's a very original version of our beautiful Bulgarian song. It was fun listening to it - thanks guys! (:

Това нещо говори ли ти media.snimka.bg/7331/020916828.jpg

  • The ending is great. :P

  • mmmm what a great and original version of this very popular and beautiful Macedonian folk song - it sounds great guys! Thank you :)

  • you are right! in fact a slavic macedonian one!

  • It's a love song about a young man in love with this girl Jovana (Jovanka)... My name is Jovana too. In fact, I was named after my grandmother who used to live in Aegean Macedonia and your government FORCED to change her name to Ioana - thinking it would make her Greek?! Her sin was that she WASN'T GREEK but MACEDONIAN so she was banished by your government never to return to her hearth... So, this is a MACEDONIAN folk song and you can't change that fact EVER, regardless of your point of view :)

  • Why do you bother posting comments on every MACEDONIAN song on YouTube?! Who are you trying to convince in your beliefs??? Friendly advice: listen to some Greek beautiful songs instead and let everyone else enjoy the Traditional tune from Macedonia arranged for Many Hands diverse ensemble. Recorded live at the Oita Big Eye Stadium, Kyushu, Japan :)

  • why? because it it a very nice song and it is pitty to to be used for propagandising a lie. Thanx for your friendly advice. I m citizen of the world and I listen to everything! haha

  • in fact why do you bother?

  • PREKRASNO!!WONDERFULL!!!!

  • One of the famous songs from the Republic of Macedonia. Great job!

  • Dude, how can any teacher around the world tell me that I'm not something that my grandfather told my dad, and my dad told me...and all the same since hundreds of years ago. If you have money and spend them on those teachers to lie, it doesn't mean what they say is true.

  • your grandfather told your dad, that Greeks made to him EXACTLY what every other nation in Balkans to other nations after Balkans' freedom from Ottoman empire. Everybody tried to create a "pure" one expelling all others... But there never has been a " Macedonian" ethnicity. Try to find out why a Canadian or a Zimbabwe teacher could lie for it!!!

  • KyriASKkopa!!!, you should go back to school every jackass knows where is Macedonia , you can kiss my beautiful Macedonien ass

  • every jackass?

Ask every university around the world to tell you re wrong!

  • deleting bothering comments make you the greatest fascist. (Btw Greeks fought against fascism in Balkans when other Balkans were welcoming it... Guess who...)

  • There werent, arent and never will be bulgaro-tatars in Macedonia. Macedonia was a country, even a kingdom. Learn some history before you write stupid stuff on the Internet.

  • Слушајте бугаро-татарски копиљиња и грчки педери кога зборите нешто за Македонија и македонско на колена прво да клекнете. Разбравте !!!

  • Lately we just laugh on Bulgarian, Serbian & Greek Assimilation Politics.

    You are pathetic :)

Asparuh, Mostic, Kubrat, the Bulgar Khans & the Bulgar tribes were yellow skinned with asiathic eyes.

When i look myself in mirror, i dont see Turk-Mongol, i see a Balkan Guy.

The DNS test proved that WE, the MACEDONIANS, have MEDITERANIAN blood :)

So shut the f..k up & enjoy the music, or make suicide, this ain´t Sanathorium, if you need good psychologist, your problem

    band:respekt for the performance

  • Go to Macedonia see for yourself; go to Skopje, Bitola, Ohrid,Prilep, Kicevo, Kratovo. Ask the everyday person, what is his blood? What are his roots? Where does he come from? He will tell you...he is Macedonian! Not Bulgarian. ZA GOCE Delcev, Pitu Guli I Dame Gruev Sandanski

  • thier brains being washed by the serbian comunist cant change nothing. krvta voda ne biva.

  • It is hand written in the Bibles (Biblijata) and it is far older than its annoying little sister Bulgaria. Official recognitions is ludicrous. Thanks to our powerful neighboring countries we are far from proving our National Identity. But nevertheless don't let me preach to you.

  • But enough about Geography; I admire your efforts in attempting to explain the issue of "stealing roots", unfortunately your views are somewhat disorientated. You see my friend, Macedonia is an Ancient Country, not a "young country".

  • This is MACEDONIAN SONG, therefore stop eating shit about it, and just enjoy in the composition, our wonderful MACEDONIAN song.

    Thanks Igor

  • ... and i will ask people from FYR Macedonia to not make this song as a private propery ... as most of the things that they are stilling from Bulgarian history, as any young country having no roots ... for Alexander the Great i will say just ... hahahahaaaa ... it is the same as Turks to say that they are inheritors of Troy becaus nowdays it a Turkish territory ... it's just funny :))) excuse me, but any normal person will understand that ... better stick to the facts :)

  • Any "normal person" will know how to spell the word "stealing" as opposed to "stiling". Nonetheless, please explain to me kindly, how on earth are the Macedonians making this song a private property? The last time I checked it's an Asian lady singing LOL? And since when have the Macedonians stolen anything from the Bulgarians? "Vardar" (the name of the river, mentioned in the song, which I am pretty sure you have never seen or probably can't even locate on a map) is in the heart of Macedonia!

  • sorry, i do not understand you at all. we do not speak same language. moze li da pisuvas makedonski pa da te cel svet razbere. BRAVO JAPONCI. PODOBRO ZVUCETE OD BUGARITE KOGA JA IZVEDUVATE "JOVANO JOVANKE". ONI NEMAT POIMA OD MUZIKA.

    MAKEDONIJA NA MAKEDONCITE

  • sayong just this facts ypu may be will understand that the history of this territory is very complicated. no joke ... so the song is very old and it's made when people living there were on one and the same side ... its like a Bavarian song ... its bavarian but it is also german ... so the song is as both - bulgarian and macedonian ... both nations are proud with this song because the song is really beautiful ...

  • noto so long after that Serbia aquires thes teritories and after the 2nd world war they become a part of Ugoslavia. After the R-T war ther is a war b/w serbia and bulgaria. serbia attack bulgaria to join exatly these territories while all bulgarian army is concentrated on the turkish border because nobady even thinks that a "brother" slavic country as Serbia will attack Bulgaria ... and all these people just e few years ago were accepted them selfs as brothers fighting agains Turks ...

  • Thes teritories was years ago part of undevided Bulgaria and i will underline that the people there have same history ... as a part of 1st and 2nd Bulgarian Empire. Some people may be will laugh but that was realy big and strong Empire and it is one of the First Countries in Europe. Actuaaly first which holds the same name nowdays. Accepted by Bizantiums in 681 year!!! So ... after the R-T war there was some efforts of joining together these territories joins almost all, exept a part of Macedoni

  • People in MYR i=and Bulgaria let say can talk without a need of any translator :) If anyone make an effort to look over the maps of Bulgaria will see that thousans of years (not a joke) this territory is a part of Bulgaria such as Trakia, Dobrudja, Balkans ... After the Russian-Turkish War in 1878 the territory of Bulgaria where the people are speeking same language and accept themselfs as bulgarians, which was occupide by turks is devided in 3 parts as so called self rulled territories...

  • most of the people which are away from Bulgaria and FYR Macedonia - they will never understood what is the problem with this song - is it macedonian or it is bulgarian? The song is booth of them - you will ask why? very simple and at the same time very complicated :) First i should say something that most of people here are "forgeting". There is a large part of Bulgaria called Macedonia which is and was thouands of years part of Bulgaria. Peole of this teritorY are sharaing same history ........

  • I think originally that supposed to be a sad song.

  • it`s not bulgarian. it`s macedonian song MACEDONIA

  • Long live Japan - Long live Macedonia!

  • Excellent!!! Japanese - Macedonian version :) Kewl...
