She did enjoy it but it is, after all, Disneyland. She said it was a different experience. I shouldn't speak for her, but she thought it was a more "real" experience.
She thought that it indicated that Americans are more interested in a purely fanciful and escapist experience and Europeans are interested in a more practical experience. Since I have never been to Europe, I can not offer my own opinion, but I can say that I enjoy an emotional, shmaltzy, escapist Disneyland. Since I am an admittedly sappy American, I can't disagree with her. I am also curious what Main Street in Disneyland Paris is like.
It's such a shame I never been in DisneyWorld, I would take this test!! If you'll create a quiz of Disneyland Paris I will surely win it!!!!
