@DanishFashionGirl you certainly could, but I feel its to thin and would be worried about weight wise. You can purchase separate and thicker straps from the store as another option!
My boyfriend bought the Eva for me as a birthday present in Damier Ebene. It's so lovely. I found the leather strap just the right size thankfully. It fall snugly just at the hip. I love my Eva and my Neverfull

I can't believe how much I use my Eva clutch esp on a night out with my husband when I don't want to be lugging around a bigger bag. It looks unbelievably chic as well, esp.with the gold chain.

For the strap part, I bought an adjustable one from LV and i just clip it onto whichever bag I bring out, it is much better for the eva clutch cus it doesnt fall below ur bum lol when I adjust my strap to the shortest length it falls on my hip, so yea maybe try getting one of those?

I don't know,I don't like the idea of a logo stamped all over an item - even if it's LV -!I find it like one is doing free publicity for a line,plus I think it's more elegant when one doesn't let immediately discover from where his things come from.

I hope your bag doesn't say "made in paris"...only fake bags say that. Real ones say could say Louis vuitton paris made in the USA (there are a small amount that are). Or Italy or France,but never a city. I'm not a LV fan as I'm a Chanel girl myself but I'm pretty sure you must run the other way when you see "made in Paris" lol.

As far as "telling a fake", perhaps you are very good at this, but many people are not...plus there are categories of fakes...the 25$ ones you get off the street..then there are real leather ones where "they" have tried their best to replicate the original. 3rd party vendors often scam innocent people with this. Just to add one thing...when i tried the long strap it was perfect on me!! The sales assistant told me that taller people find the long strap more comfortable ... And has i told you before i'm 1.80 cm (5'10) so the only suggestion i have is for you to get the shorter strap. :(
One last thing have you seen the new multicolor coin and card older??? To die forrr :)
