cuz the death race mod is a real bullshit ,half that you see in this video have in the mod,just one car have weapons in the hood,its a esperanto,but if you google,''pimp my car,final'' cleo 3 mod

you will find a mod that you can put miniguns,napalms,rocket launchers and neons in your car

No this video was not made in San andreas multiplayer, I created custom scripts to make these cars drive by themselves
