@theDedDucky Actually, Transgender surgery is *complete*. An episode of "Bones" pointed out that the male phallus is inverted and redesigned. After a period of successful surgeries, the organ is fully repaired and bears resemblance. For male reassignment, often several organs are removed or reassigned and there are several options but regular hormone treatments does enable a (sterile) growth in some people. My apologies for the strictly clinical and cold way I wrote.

Where would the intersex go? I'm talking about those who were born with both male/female parts? Should we build into each building an intersex bathroom? Maybe all restrooms need to be unisex. And it is a difficult issue as to how to make everyone feel comfortable in situations like male / female bathrooms for example. My only beef was with everyone putting this woman down for having a legitimate issue with a transgender using female restrooms. I wouldnt force anyone to stop being transgender, why should she be forced to use a womans restroom with a biological male turned trans female.

My life is still full and meaningful without children. And the sad thing is, people also are against transgendered people raising children - take the case of 'the pregnant man'.
