most of you are obviously gymnasts, do you have to start at an early age or can you start at around 18?? well i mean obviously you could start but would it be just a waste of time?

@adjhd1 Seriously there not all gymnasts, Tim (livewire) started out in break dancing, i have friends from Kinetics Wales that have only been doing it for a few months and have featured on in sporting magazine. Find out where your local group trains, hook up and get going. You can be any age to start Freerunning! Good Luck ;0)

Seriously a bit dissapointed over the level this year - not too difficult moves and a lot of fails it seems - otherwise a great concept and nice performers off course that can do better in urban enviroments:-)
