@Klausny5 Signed Exact English. It uses signs but English word order... Its very, as the ASL signer in the video explained, awkward. ASL is MUCH clearer and easier for most Deaf people.
@WiLDHaNdZ I'm a CODA and I have my degree in Sign Lang Studies from Madonna University. Am *I* Enough of an expert for you? Trust me, Signed English is crap compared to ASL. SEE is NOT the natural language of the Deaf community and its really difficult for ASL users to comprehend. It was invented by Hearing people who can't be bothered to learn the syntax, grammar, lexicography and other important factors of a foreign language. Would you impose English word order on Japanese? I doubt it.
@Klausny5 Yes, it is. It CAN be the difference between "The right to bear arms" being signed as "right/ have/ guns" as in holding something/showing something and the 'right' as in the inalienably right, and "the right to bear arms" being signed as "the bear's arms moved to the right", as in the animal and the direction.
@1RavynSkye psh, let me make a slight change to that comment, "Its very, as the ASL signer in the video explained, awkward. ASL is MUCH clearer and easier for most Deaf people." --> "It's very.....awkward. ASL is MUCH clearer and easier to understand in general."
@DaveASL ROFL! I love it. Seriously, SEE just seems disrespectful to me (I'm a linguist with a degree in Sign Language Studies, and I'm also a CODA). Do you think any of these people would impose English word order on a spoken language and expect to be understood? Japanese for instance, is a S.O.V. (subject, object, verb) language like ASL and yet we don't impose English word order on Japanese and expect a Japanese speaker to understand us. SEE IS A FLAWED CONCEPT.

This is awesome. A great way to demonstrate your point.
On a completely different note. I am an avid fan of your work. A coda and terp as well and I have a very favourite song that I'm hoping you'll consider doing. It's called "Tidal Wave" by Joshua Radin. You would definitely be my hero.

I'm choosing to like this for so many reasons, not least of which is the appropriate usage of fig newtons.
