Nero is Vergil's son.. cuz when nero fights the savior, the ''holyness'' says that nero has the blood of sparda in is veins. So it could either be dante's son or vergil's. ( sry if i had any mistakes im not english or american). By the way dude u rock at this game, u are the best player ive seen until now... u kick ass

@Enzio1231 It cannot be Dante's son. If he is Dante's son Dante would know that he is his son. I would say it is Virgil's son bcz his aura power is blue and Dante gave him a sword Yamato which is Virgil's sword. Besides to this fact, who else in human beings can have such an evil power besides Dante and Virgil. Virgil had blue aura and his cloth was blue. Nero took the same sword style from virgil. I love both Nero and Dante by the way. Nero was way better than Dante for action in DMC4 though.

@UnFriendlyDeath666 people have been speculating that he might be:

1) The son of Dante/Vergil.

2) Vergil's reincarnation (he resurrects Yamato, an ice blue spirit appears behind him when he goes uses the devil bringer thing).

3) Another relative/descendant of Sparda.

I think he's a reincarnation of Vergil personally, the little clues along the way seem to help. The fact he can only make his devil arm trigger however might mean he's just another relative, (Vergil could fully trigger.)
