  • amazing

  • Beautiful

  • Pshhhhh... i could (not) do that!!

  • amazing how you can make a piece of glass into something of that finesse!

  • Beautiful :o)

  • cool

  • nice...

  • I love how 1) as you make the dolphin, the color changes from that bright orange-red to the deep blue color, and 2) how when you turn the melted (molten?) glass around, it reminds me of the dolphin splashing in the waves.

  • wow thats amazing

  • Thats fucking art.

  • It's beutiful

  • omg i got two of those i got a little one and a big one

  • now u know how its made

  • im baked this is sick

  • oh god, i never thot glass blowing could be so depressing!

  • nice dolphin, but what is the song? It's awsome!

  • Artist: Laura Sullivan

    Song: America's Stonehenge

    Album: Mystical America

  • i know ay! the song gets really lovely at 1:27

  • Nice Can you make one for me?

  • Hey man, a realy old school vid. Can see Zoe in the backgroung lehring paper weights. Can't see if she's smiling though ;)

  • wow damn cool

  • its called Vermiculite :)

  • what is the stuff in the box that you placed the dolphin in ?

  • I would just be so mesmerized by the cobalt I dont think I could make the finished piece

although I probably couldnt make the piece in clear either :)

  • that was so sick. i tried one today except i made the tail first instead of the head. it seemed a little easier than when i tried making the head first. still, awesome work!

  • thanks man. How did it go? I am thinking of doing a bigger one on a base and have been thinking I will start it with the tail first. It will take some getting used to for me as i have always done them this way round.

  • oh it worked really well! plus, you don't have a mark on the head. i think it would look really cool on a base. maybe with some waves or something behind it. but yeah, making it tail first, i think, would make more sense for a base. but you made this look really easy!

  • i had to do it without flat crimps though. i had to make the tails with just the tweezers. our school doesn't have flat crimps. its a bit of a pain

  • Yeah cool man, I will be doing it tail first for the base now. I have been making it in my head for a while now. Time to put thought into practice! Flat crimps are pretty easy to fabricate. maybe your school has some metal work facilities?

  • nice. it works pretty well. the only reason i do it tail first now is because of the mark on the head. other than that, i like making the head first better.

i'll see if i can make a pair of flat crimps. we have some metal lying around and a welder.

  • Nice work, maybe a little studio sound or music would be nice. thanks

  • i'm a fan. i really want to see this in person :o

  • wow!!! can u buy these??? If so, where do I buy these?

  • Sorry for the late reply! but you can get these at the Bristol Blue Glass website. there is a link to it in the video description.

  • Wow, what a beautiful movie. Thanks for showing!

  • Wow...Haha, I can't even make a house out of popsicle sticks xD
