@PopCultureInstitute No. Besides the fact that the team's uniforms in this video clearly show that this is from somewhere between 1987 and 1992, a quick Google search shows that they're referring to former KIRO-TV anchor Monica Hart, who dated then-team owner Jeff Smulyan for a time.
