Love this sled. IM thinking about building the same. How did you get the 2in lugs to clear the tunnel?? Theres not much clearence on the front. I added 1 1/2in angle iron to mine and i wound up grinding it down to about 3/4in befor it would stop hitting the tunnel.  Happy Trails, Antlerguyy

omg. its a thing of wonder and beauty!!. me and my buddy had some 1984 elans and wanted to put a 440 motor in them with a 121X15 with 1.5 inch lugs in them as well. geez i miss those elans. what happend at the end? did ya bend the tierod? left ski is sticking out the side.
