@Mannabingy hey.. just a little advice.. im a dental nurse and if you want to whiten your teeth see your dentist for some advice.. because if you have crown and veneers... they do not become whiter the whitening product does not whiten them... and if there at the front of your mouth... your other teeth will become alot whiter... and may make ur crowns and veneers look darker depending on what shade they are :)

Actually 3 minutes would not do much to whiten your teeth. You're just wasting the gel. Plus you already have super white teeth. You really don't need to do it every week or so. The dentist recommends once or twice every 6 months.
