First off, why did Bubbleman still fight Megaman? The other Robot Masters fought him first, and THEN realized they loved him (Except for Crashman. He just wants to penetrate Megaman with his exploding drill penis). Bubbleman, however, was lonely, and wanted someone else to be with him. Why, then, did he fight Megaman, when he could easily have made peace with him?

Second, why did Dr. Wily make all of his robots gay? Specifically, gay for the robot they were built to kill?

My opinion it was either self defence at Megaman shooting at him or his Wily programming overrode his will.

As for the gay thing, I have no idea. Maybe finding out there is another robot out there that can think for itself apart from your colleagues causes an intense emotional reaction. Most of the Masters seem confused about their feelings anyway. A good joke would be if Wily himself had a crush on Dr. Light ;P

The technical reason, I guess, is that this way the songs are more dramatic.
