yes good video and knowledge pass on for beginners like my-self, i will take this on board and bookmark it for future reference, thanks a million! ;-)'
Great lesson! I'm a 65 yr. old retired gramma learning the guitar and your video was very informative. Lots of fun and I'm workin' on those callouses! Will check out your website. Thanks a bunch!
very good dude... made this one a favorite... so i can rewatch it later... very helpful... just beginning to play and my fingers are HURTING LIKE A SON OF A B!!!! but its all good!! can wait for my calusas or whatever the name is to grow to i can play for more hours
thanks a lot, it is great, i havent played a whole lot of other guitars, but i mean i prefer it to those other guitars i have played in my last 2 years
oh yeah man, i mean when i started i heard martins were the best, but in my two years, i have enjoyed taylors as much as martins, but i am still developing that ear so hopefully soon i will be able to tell which guitar i want to get next. probably a taylor lol
The first time i played a Taylor was right after playing an Alvarez and i'll tell the tone is way different. But it also depends on what sound you want, you know like Ibanez has that distinctive deep mellow tone and a Taylor is more mid range and sounds more vibrant i guess. They are of course a lil more costly than others but it only makes a difference if you are looking to really get into playing music. I mean if you just wanna play other people stick with what ya got lol
hey thanks for the tutorial. i was just trying to learn figure picking. can you do a tutorial of Ne-yo Because of You. I was trying to learn that song, but its figure picking, i think
thanks for the message, for song requests you need to go to my website, the link is on my youtube page and click on the tab up top called request a song, then register quick and post the request, this way we can track and total the votes for each song, good luck
no, the B and Bminor Chords have a barre across the second fret which makes the basenote second fret on the A string, two steps up from A is B, thats how the chords get their names
Dude...your lessons rock...you're the best I've found. I'm trying this picking b/t a chord and it's tough to see your actual picking pattern G,D,Em,C. Would you mind showing this close up and slower? Thanks for your lessons...I'm getting better!
thanks buddy, i am glad it helped, for the picking pattern, i didnt keep a constant one, the thing about picking within chords is that as long as your first note in each chord is the bass note then you can pick and strings you want and it will be great sounding
need some direction....i wana do some lead stuff...heard that are somethings called scales that you have to know to start playing lead...what are these?/
I'm so thankful that you take the time to do this for all us newbies to guitar...I find it amazing that you've only been playing 2 years! You are definitely a natural...Thanks again for all of the lessons and info to date! Merry Xmas!
Hey Aaron. I just checked out the webiste. Very nice. I have to agree with the soilder from Iraq. Thats all I do over here in my free time. I try to learn as many songs as I can. It helps to pass the time and helps to forget about all the other things going on over here. Thanks for everything. I will def be donating to the charities. Thanks again and Merry Christmas from Iraq.
Hey Man, Great to hear from you, I am glad the lessons are helping and be safe over there man. If you can, donating to the charities is a great thing. Take care man and Merry CHristmas to you too!

Hmmmm... B and B minor? Seems like you'd only play four strings, since you don't want A as the base? No?
