Im sorry, BUT i tried the Milani Runway Eyes in Catwalk,

AND IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY! the colors are great, but its not pigmented and it looks chalky. I also bought the purple one because it was on sale, but just save your money on it. I gave it to my sister and she didn't like it either.

I absolutly love the maybelline palet in there, it was my first eyeshadow pallet and my favourite and that clourful cover girl pallet i have too and i use it just for accents and it really is amazing!!!!

OMG I bought the drama eyes pallet today before I watched this and then I searched best drugstore eyeshadows just cuz I was bored and I wanted to see if anyone mentioned the one I bought ( I didn't think anyone would because there are just so many drugstore eyeshadows). i tried the drama eyes quad and it does an awesome smokey eye. drama eyes is perfect for a night on the town. just be sure to pair either a pale pink or nude lip color with the smokey eye look.

Nice video, but I have to point out: the Milani brand is great coverage, but if you have a tendency to toss your makeup around back and forth from your purse to your bathroom, it WILL NOT LAST. The makeup breaks up VERY easily and you're left with crumbles of powder all over your purse.

Thank you for this review, you're so right. Mac is not the only good makeup out there. I use all the brands you listed occasionally. I start out with Urban decay eyeshadow primer (a must have!!), and the colors literally last me all day and I never have to reapply.

hi! i`m 13 too! so some really good brands are of course, Covergirl, Maybelline, Almay ( i like them for their natural ingredients and that they dont test on animals), revlon, rimmel and Loreal. Maybelline and Rimmel makes good mascaras. Since you`re only 13 ( im in high school though, we start hs in grade 8. i`m not sure about you) you should only start with minimal makeup, do NOT go overboard. You can start with Mascara, really little eyeliner, possibly natural eyeshadow and if you want Gloss

The best drugstore eyeshadow palettes are the Revlon color stay ones they blend to nicely! My Newest Favorite i recently got are the Maybelline "Natural smokes" eyeshadow quad It's so pretty on brown eyes!!

Physician's Formula matte eyeshadows are EXCELLENT as well, for matte shadow. The texture and application are as silky smooth as it gets.

MILANI eyeshadows LOOK good but the TEXTURE Sux! Like a fool I bought 3 greens(glamorous gems #05), blues(beatuty in blues #06), and purples( couture in purples #03) at once @ $8 a pop, I was pissed! But, they work ok when you use them wet by using Renew contact lens solution (i don't have professional wetting solution).
