@jlong908 I'm not gona lie.. it seems the slim does have less issues than the older one cause I've gone through 2 of them and it wasnt until the slim that I stop having to fix my ps3

i just got mine and the game of the year edition is way better than the normal one cause it come with free stuff u normaly have to buy but overall lbp is the best =]

If im not to late you have to reset it since its used to hdmi. You just hold on the power button till you hear it beep. No big deal, happened to me too.

run lbp and be on the network at the same time it shouldn't let you play with out updating it

well the HDMI is great for the ps3 in general... I have a ps3 eye for chat and what not.. but yeah it is really useful for LBP
