  • was music time the one presented by a blond woman that always dressed in what looked a pair of 70's curtains and played a tambourine?. and i remember theme tune for engineering craft studies but it must have been from some other show cos i cant remember ever watching that show.

  • my god..time warp..it wa a great time to be a kid

  • This brings back a lot of memories.

  • this is great stuff! i am an anglophile from way back and i have also always loved old educational films and this is a heavenly combination! super dig the BBC radiophonic themes in here too. thanks for posting!!!!!!

  • Maths-in-a-box???? Wow..

  • After 4 is the name of a Walrus episode which was a schools programme. I assume you are joking!

  • Not to split hairs, but how could "AFTER 4" be a schools programme??

  • Does anyone remember a programme called 'Everybody Here' ? It was in the 80s and I think it was a school programme. I have been searching the internet for it for ages but now I'm starting to think I am going mad and it never existed :s

  • maths in a box would love to see it again

  • Now I can go outside and see that dinner lady with the MASSIVE,,,,,,

  • LOOOLLL!! On "TALK ABOUT", the little kid in the striped t-shirt made an obscene gesture, and the black kid's jaw drops!

  • The, 'After four', theme was very indicative of it's time. Kids singing a song which sounds similar to, 'The Undertones', or, 'The Jam', who were big at the time this programme was broadcast.

  • anyone remember a big-haired little woman who used present a music programme in which she'd take a class of children and help them create and perform an original song? it was awful. she had a flat voice. one song was entitled 'Lonely'. i am not sleeping tonight; tonight i watch kid's shows...

  • Atara wasn't it?

  • LOL you gotta love the classic 70s and 80s synth sounds accompanied by brilliantly tacky animation :D

  • Some of the science intros are weird. Sort of souless.

I want to find the probably second series of My World with the guitar and flute theme music. Always loved that! I remember watching it in my first year of school.

It had a big picture of the world. Message me if anyone finds it, thanks!

  • I was in "Talkabout"! I thought it had disappeared from the face of the earth!!!

    Well done for archiving this!
