Oh yeah, regarding the music service you guys were discussing a little ways into the show -- "terms of service" or no -- I believe playing it in your car (or "time shifting") and using it in the way that you described is considered fair use. They can create all the policies like that they want, but they would probably have a hell of a time suing you.
