People can easily conceal weapons. A dress code isn't going to do a damn thing. For example, pocket holsters are available that print just like wallets. That alone can insure that anyone with a compact pistol can carry without a problem. When are we, as a society, going to learn that criminals will always be able to attain, carry, and use weapons, regardless of the laws in place? All these laws and rules really do is restrict our rights.
I think its sad that the only identity kids have these days is the way they dress, I don't think there is anything wrong with dress codes as long as you can mentally still be an individual.

However the shotgun is just BS. I took a wooden one with a pipe. (A toy I had a few years back.) And stuck it in that area. It was smaller. And standing in one place you could conceal it sure. Alright, I take back a lot of what I said in my previous posts. Other then the shotgun in the leg you could do that. (I tried it with a bb gun) However it only takes one gun to kill. And it was just as simple hiding it in my church clothes. And to shoot someone they don't need to get inside the school. They could have the gun in their backpack then the second they walk in the door act like they are grabbing a book or something out and BOOM!
School uniforms are an even better solution. In many places, they are the norm. They reduce differences in class, race, income, and eliminate gang colors.
They do not have to be expensive, especially if they are made available from more than one source.

People can easily conceal weapons. A dress code isn't going to do a damn thing. For example, pocket holsters are available that print just like wallets. That alone can insure that anyone with a compact pistol can carry without a problem. When are we, as a society, going to learn that criminals will always be able to attain, carry, and use weapons, regardless of the laws in place? All these laws and rules really do is restrict our rights.

However the shotgun is just BS. I took a wooden one with a pipe. (A toy I had a few years back.) And stuck it in that area. It was smaller. And standing in one place you could conceal it sure. But the second you walk it is extremely noticeable. What idiot would try and hide a shotgun in their pants. They went extremely overboard on the fear factor of how many weapons he could conceal. As it makes no difference whether he has 1 or 20. All that matters is how much ammo he has.

Alright, I take back a lot of what I said in my previous posts. Other then the shotgun in the leg you could do that. (I tried it with a bb gun) However it only takes one gun to kill. And it was just as simple hiding it in my church clothes. And to shoot someone they don't need to get inside the school. They could have the gun in their backpack then the second they walk in the door act like they are grabbing a book or something out and BOOM!

School uniforms are an even better solution. In many places, they are the norm. They reduce differences in class, race, income, and eliminate gang colors.
They do not have to be expensive, especially if they are made available from more than one source.

Right... That would never work. I have tried hiding things as simple as daggers in my camo pants. (Just to see if I could) And they are A LOT baggier. And it is HARD to hide things. In order to hide that much crap you would need to have a LOT of straps to hold them out of sight and a lot of padding to cover up obvious edges. And with all that it would become very time consuming to get out. Also, with the shotgun in his pant leg he would barely be able to walk...
