The defence budget is appoximately $4 billion. Nothing compared to the $20+ billion defense expidentures of India. Our army has literally sacrificed their blood to keep Pakistan alive, rebuilt schools and actively participated in relief work. What have the politicians ever done? Nothing. But if you had a choice between Ashfaq Pervez Kayani, or Yusuf Raza Gilani and Asif Ali Zardari, which one would you choose to lead? For over 50 years Pak army have meddled with politics rather than perform their basic duties as guardian of frontiers.

The defence budget is appoximately $4 billion. Nothing compared to the $20+ billion defense expidentures of India. Our army has literally sacrificed their blood to keep Pakistan alive, rebuilt schools and actively participated in relief work. What have the politicians ever done? Nothing. I personally have seen the brutality of the Army in my village.... killing everyone they see with long beard and turban on the head claming that they might have connectin with terrorists..
