Assault is assault & now your gonna have to face the very difficult task of convincing a jury that what they did was justified. If found guilty, I'm sure a judge is gonna deal out a nice, hefty punishment in a not so nice facility. Was payback really worth 10 or more PRIME years of your life? Probably not.
