  • Mind set is KEY. and breaking old bad habits is esantial. My biggest problem is night eating. I am vigilant during the daytime but when night rolls around it's a different story and a bad habit that must be altered. Also know your trigger foods. Mine are kettle chips and macadamia nuts. I just know that once the bag is open they are history. Just like Steve's is gummy bears. Keep up the great work =)

  • you should do some videos of what you eat on a daily basis and stuff like that. some food ideas, etc! would be really helpful

  • I gained the freshman 15 because I started the freakin' birth control pill. About 10 pounds was probably from the pill. The other 5 was probably from dining hall food. It sucks, took me over a year to lose weight again.

  • Boo to ordering out hehe. Being a vegetarian has been very helpful as well. So i may be enjoying some butterfinger icecream right now...i may have also smuggled a cupcake from the dining hall for later...but that's ok because I've still been eating very healthy.

  • no. it's an added 15 pounds from the dining hall food.
