CSA - how to get away with not paying for your children? - become self employed!

it should not matter if the father has access they still have to pay - a child who has made a decision as they are old enough to choose not to see the father - the father should still pay... holidays abroad, 2 fancy cars , not being honest about earnings as made themselves self employed and screwing the system..... then making themselves bankrupt.... it sucks!

Respond to this video...  So you do not know the facts at all. This is all the lies that he has said as he lied to me for years and like he did to the CSA and everyone else too. What my children do now is up to them but their father has never dont a thing for them, my late boyfriend was more of a father to my son. You are too young to know the facts/truth.

Respond to this video... Concerning my children you do not know anything, your father was no father to them and he doesnt live with you or any other of his many children that he also doesnt support properly as if he didnt, no one would have had to go through the CSA!

@09meggi Unfortunately as you say you are only 10 so do not know anything. Your father did not pay the amount he should have paid and thats why he had bailiffs round and he had to go to court - if he had paid the correct amount then this would not have happened. I assume thats what daddy tells you, no sob stories, only the truth which I can back up and prove with paperwork!

@09meggi Yes he did and he didnt let the council tax people know and continued to claim the single discount thats fraud!

@Purplepigster they are adults but when I left him I took them to see him, he kept mucking around and being unreliable so it went to the courts, he still continued and eventually he didnt bother seeing them.

For some reason the CSA think this is all a grown adult needs to live!!! What planet do these people come from? It's time the government took notice of all the pain and suffering this agency is causing and start making changes to help protect the children, resident and non-resident parent alike. They discriminate and make people feel like worthless criminals. The only way I survive is from handouts from family and friends.

I hear you pain, I have the opposite problem, I have been upfront with the CSA from day one and have always paid for my son, but the money they take off me leaves me with nothing for myself, I earn just £18k a year and the CSA take 43% of my nett income for just one child. Which means after I have paid for my housing costs and my travel to and from work costs I am left with just £30 a month to feed and clothe myself.

Thanks but unfortunately I dont know where he works and even if I did he would probably get me arrested because thats what he is like!

Yep it is a long time - a waste of mine and everyone else's too including the tax payer like me and many others who have had to pay for this system that lets him get away with everything!

@charblonde22 Unfortunately they know he works as he is self employed and they found out how much he really did earn which was very different to what his accounts said and what he claimed.

Dont give up Karen 12 years is a bloody long time, my concerns I raised about the proposed reforms are will they wipe out everyone's debts when swapped over to the new system? I strongly suspect they will.
