Well, it's not bad, SCAR clearly isn't too much of a CPU hog, but I think my Athlon64 X2 3800+, GeForce 8600GTS and 2GB of RAM run it a bit faster... BTW,what resolution are you running it at, and are these low settings?

but, we cannot compare PC power and Console POwer, for example , look Gran turismo 4 on PS2 with 233mhz processor.., and try to have better qualitiy on you PI/II processor in your pc at same frequency, its not possible.

actually I think a pentium 2 300 mhz with a geforce 2 mx wouldn't run a game the graphics quality near gran turismo 4 bad in 640 x 480 res. I know my ex classmate had a pentium 2 233 mhz or the like and got a geforce 2 mx card and could play games like quake 3 pretty good. the only bottleneck I see is the ram. I doubt 32 megs of ram would be enough for the pc (windows eats it up).

Well like I mentioned P4 just runs it the same as Pentium 3. This game like many other common racing game defect have a fixed framerate regardless of speed you get. I have upgraded since that P4 but I most sure it'll still run in the same speed. XD

there are 2 versions of the 512,ddr2 and ddr3.

ddr2 was just 120$ whilst i got the superclocked 512 ddr3 for 150$
