Those are some good choices, but usually the arcade versions of some of those console ports that were on this list were superior, still though it is a pretty good list. Even though those games are some of the best they are not the best imo, What about: violent storm, x-men, knights of the round, alien versus predator(arcade), or even ninja baseball batman? I can understand if you have never heard of the excellent ninja baseball batman because it had a limited release in the U.S. ...

... But concerning the other 4 that I mentioned surely should have been added to the list.  I mean come on, dont get me wrong the list has a good selection of classics, but the 5 games that I mentioned should have easily replaced some of the games on the list. The list would be fine to just about any gamer that has not been to a good arcade, but for me and others that remember going to the arcades this is just a lazy list of obvious good titles in which they are not even the best titles.

i can beat contra but i cant beat a beat em up! i tried. tmnt 4, i can only get to the part before you go back in time, in battletoads i can only get to the bike part, in double dragon i can barely even move, in punisher i can only make it to stage 4 without game over, in tmnt 2 for the nes i am barely making it through. i only have like 1 more continue which should give me another 10 lives. i can only beat TMNT 2007 for gba. on tmnt 2 on xbla, i beat though.
