Also, DBZ characters have been seen handling/touching lava, and repelling even stronger radiation with their ki alone, they can even touch and deflect their own blasts. For the record, Supernova radiation burn the atmosphere of earth so nothing can survive.

Speed of Sound and Speed of Light are nowhere near neighboring each other. For example, at the Speed of Light, you could circle the earth 7 times in the span of a second.
Speed of sound is still incredibly fast however, but you could go Mach 100 and you still would be nowhere need Light Speed. It's not the next step, it's far from it.

@flyboyissac1 We only know exactly how strong DBZ was due to scouters and Data Books, but afterwards, they got so insanely strong that numbers are no good and the rest we can only guess how ridiculously powerful they got.
Also, DBZ characters have been seen handling/touching lava, and repelling even stronger radiation with their ki alone, they can even touch and deflect their own blasts. For the record, Supernova radiation burn the atmosphere of earth so nothing can survive.

Yeah, some characters are stronger than DBZ, and some authors have just said "it destroys Galaxies" in one page of their manga for their characters for us to accept, that's like a 5 year-old playing God-mode in your games. I chose to ignore poorly thought up writing like those, Manga or not.

Speed of Sound and Speed of Light are nowhere near neighboring each other. For example, at the Speed of Light, you could circle the earth 7 times in the span of a second.
Speed of sound is still incredibly fast however, but you could go Mach 100 and you still would be nowhere need Light Speed. It's not the next step, it's far from it.
