I came close to joining the NAACP... until I was looking at the membership form and saw the options. $30 for adults, $12 for prisoners. (And no other options for military, family, couple, or senior memberships, etc... said alot to me about their priorities.)

I think all people of all races can and should agree that there should never be an excuse for animal cruelty or senseless death. This could be the great unifying spirit of the New United States of America.

This fellow feels that it's not a big deal when a drug dealing, child abusing, violent person convicted of animal cruelty should be excused because of their skin color! Please write to your regional NAACP office and the Washington DC NAACP office and protest this fellow's misalligned allegiances.

Smitherman SUPPORTS ANIMAL CRUELTY! He is currently rallying around a lady that has been killing and neglecting dogs! Get rid of this guy! He does not belong in the NAACP as he supports ANIMAL CRUELTY. He believes people of color should not be accountable for acts of cruelty to animals!
