  • Hello there! Have you ever tried - Supreme Panic Magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate at last said ta ta the panic breakdowns with it.

  • Holla! Have you considered anxiety zero technique (Go to anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy pretty much cured panicks with it.

  • i used a product called k2, it is a sythetic verzion of marijuana that i was peer pressured to begin using, after using k2 i suffered a very severe panic attack, i have been having panic attacks around 5 to up to 20 times per day, i dont know how to take my life back, i wish i would have never used k2 and i am wondering if these panic attacks will last forever.

  • Meditation can be a great help. It focuses on quieting the mind and also helps your body to relax. Sometimes 'guided meditation' is also good if you need help focusing on this process, instead of just doing it yourself. The more you can quiet your mind, the better are the solutions that can happen to help you with your stresses and problems. A big thumbs up from me for meditation!!

One of the most valuable is that we can help ourselves immensely by simply changing how we view our lives and stresses and moving more into a better awareness of our minds and feelings.   • it can have nothing to do with negativity. She's describing anxiety that is associated with cognitive and conscious behavior. You can chose not to be negative. Some people have a panic attack that they cannot control. Out of no where I would feel dizzy and I would forget where I was and how I got there. She's describing test anxiety, nervousness and stress.
