Awesome post, man..Team USA chose John Stockton over Isiah Thomas because everyone hated Thomas for being a sorry loser to Jordan & Thomas was a punk nobody liked. The main mistake on Team USA's bench was having Christian Laettner on it! Coach K has some major influence on that move! Laettner couldn't have started for Croatia!!

@blount47 Christina Laettner being on the team didn't have anything to do with Coach K. By rule, they had to have one college player on the team. In 1992, the two best players coming out of college were Laettner and Shaq.  For whatever reason, they decided to go with Laettner. In hindsight everyone agrees that they should have taken Shaq, but at that time Laettner had just lead Duke to 2 national championships

The best moment at 23:01, when the croatian pivot gives the lead to his team with that monster dunk.....tremendous. It´s pleasure watch players like Kukoc, Petrovic great talented.... with a full Yugoslavia I think there would have been a close game, but EEUU have such a large roster..

I don't understand why this video doesn't have more views. It's pretty good quality for the time, and its a complete video. I guess people just forgot about basketball history. Thanks for uploading. There was no other time in basketball that every player on a team except for the backup PF was inducted into the hall of fame.
