by doing things for factions you will unlock pmc fuel storage you must buy them by outposts from one of ur factions

Go to an ally faction outpost (Not the head quarters) and make sure they have a good mood with you (GPS, one of the windows on it). You'll be able to do a couple of tasks for them, giving you access to things like weaponless, pure speed helicopters (Reasonably fast and pretty agile, useful for escort missions) and dingy boats (YAY! No really, they are like 20k, and reasonably fast). The first one should get you about 500. Don't know about later ones but the earlier fuel upgrades are 100k.

lol, ok the moab is cheaper, the nuke is more expensive, and makes a bigger mushrrom, but ive compared, i blew up the oil refinery 2 times, and the both do about the same damage, ironically, the cluster bomb did more damage, i wonder why? well the daisy cutter is a good bomb for noobs, but the best bomb is either rocket artillery, or the smart bomb. The smart bomb is fun for blowing up your freind, you attach the beacon to the back of his vehichle if he wont let you on, and then he cant hide,lol
